Do you believe you are ready to be ordained as a Deacon or Elder in the Global Methodist Church? This form is to notify the MidTexas Board of Ministry that you are ready for ordination and have completed the necessary steps to be interviewed.
We are excited to support you as you take this important next step in your ministry journey.

Please complete this form by August 1 of the year in which you are applying for ordination. Once submitted, your ordination application packet will be sent to the email address you provide by mid-August.

Interviews for ordination will be held over two separate weeks in October and November—one designated for candidates seeking ordination as Deacon, and the other for those pursuing ordination as Elder. Additional details and scheduling information will be included in your packet.
